Review : Band adjustment not standard
I loved the look and feel of this watch. The only issues I have with this watch are making adjustments to the band. Before purchasing this watch I recommend you check with your local jeweler to confirm that you will be able to have links removed. I live in a small town, and was unable to get mine adjusted. (do an internet search for removing links from a "Wenger" watch band, you'll find lots of information but none for Wenger other than take to authorized repair center) I contacted Wenger, via their web site, to find someone to make adjustments. Their response was that they didn't have one and my only option was to mail it to them. I have removed links from watch bands before. This one is unlike any I've seen before. The pins appear to be threaded, but I was unable to get them to screw out. Every screwdriver I found small enough to fit would break. If it weren't for not being able to readily get the band adjusted I would highly recommend this watch. That is the only flaw I saw prior...
