I have had this watch for about one year now and have been very happy with it. I have the OD color, and surprisingly, I get occasional compliments from men and even more women about how my watch is "cool" or "bad-@#%".
Beyond looks, it has a lot of features. I havent had to rely on the compass, but if you go through its quirky initial setup it seems to be pretty reliable and accurate. However, if you dont bother following the instructions precisely the thing can be way off. The Sure Shot ballistics calculator is a neat feature, but you really need to read through the manual to grasp its functions and needed input. Otherwise you are waisting your time because scope adjustments will not be accurate. In general, although this feature is novel, all the added variables that must be entered using only 3 buttons becomes cumbersome and slow, and in the real world a shooter must be able to move much faster than I believe this system would allow, making it impractical...
I believe, explains the few complaints on 5.11 Field Ops Watch, Coyote Tan not fitting or leaking.
