I luv i can monitor my heart rate without a chest belt receiver totally against those type monitors slipping and sliding and so uncomfortable.
The watch allows me to pace myself as to not overwork and ease of control in programming settings also allows me to control the watch without stopping as it is very responsive in changing operational modes.
Great quality yet inexpensive and rather impressive visually. ALSO great directional features!
