I began collecting dive watches 10 years ago with a Rolex Submariner. Very few watches compare well with it. This one has some important superior features.
1. You cannot forget to wind the crown in before entering the water! I am sure many a fine dive watch has been lost to a moments forgetfulness. This crown stays sealed without winding.
2. The dive Bezel cannot be accidentally moved. In normal position it is locked. Most dive watches lock in only one direction.
3. The power meter lets you know your watch is wound or needs winding, eliminating another source of error.
4. It can be wound underwater if you do ignore the power meter.
5. The lume on the fat hands is more easily seen in the dark.
6. It is water resistant to 1000 meters, not 300
Otherwise it is fairly comparable to a Rolex. The COSC eta 2892 movement is accurate. The sapphire crystal is thick and has antireflective coating. The titanium and...
