Review : Excellent Diver's Watch
I have had this watch for years (not exact model but very close). This watch is awesome. I love reading the other reviews regarding this watch with the main observation being in that this watch is huge. My question to the Amazon audience would be, why would you buy a divers watch for everyday wear? Would you buy an Indy race car to drive your kids to soccer practice?
The watch needs to be big because at depths of 30 feet or more you will not have ambient light to see clearly. (By the way, I am a diver and my wrist dive computer is twice this size).
The one review that made me actually laugh out loud stated: "This watch lacks both a date function and chronograph that you would find even in cheaper watches. So I find it strange that they call it a "diver" watch. This thing is so heavy, it's likely to drag you down to the bottom of the ocean." When your diving you don't need to know the date or any of the info a chronograph would give you. Also, Im 6' tall...
