Review : Love the watch, invicta customer service not so helpful
I received this watch about 10 days ago, I've been waiting to write a review due to an issue with the order. Basically this was a review watch and it was missing the rubber band that can be put onto the watch to give it a differnet look. You'll notice a lot of other reviewers mentioning the band was missing in their box as well. One of the things Invicta does on Amazon is include a little customer service card with each watch they send out, they request you contact them if you have any issues, questions, etc. It's a nice touch from a company to do this. So when I realized I was missing the rubber band I contacted them. 2 days later I got a response which asked me to contact Amazon's customer service directly as they could send me a replacement. I forwarded the email I got from Invicta to Amazon and a day later got a response telling me there was nothing Amazon could do, this was one of the few times Amazon has failed at providing service. I went back to Invicta and let them know what...
I think, explains the few gripe respecting Invicta Men's 10665 Pro Diver Collection Bracelet and Rubber Watch Set not fitting or leaking.
