Review : Heavy Water...Heavy Watch...
I purchased the 70801 Heavy Water in late August. Because I use my hands 90% while working. It has always been necessary for me to have a durable watch that can withstand an occassional "hard knock". That being said, I have always owned watches that handle a fair amount of "damaging circumstances". The Reactor brand was recommended to me from a friend that does underwater welding. He has owned it for a few years and has had no problems. So, I looked for a watch that I felt met my needs. The Heavy Water seemed to be a good fit. I like the screw bar clasp attachment that Reactor uses because in the real world activities in which I wear it, I don't have to worry about the strap breaking off. I also like the scratch resistence that this watch offers. Now, the watch has several features that I will in all liklihood never use(i.e. world tide chart,etc) the bottom line is that it is tough. I also like how heavy it is. You feel confident in wearing it as a "work" watch. A feature...
